Política de cancelación

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order at no cost provided the order has not yet been shipped.

To request a cancellation, customers must contact us as soon as possible after placing their order by emailing info@manodecants.com and including their order number.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our return policy.

Approved cancellations will receive a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
