Kenzo Pour Homme is a timeless woody-aquatic fragrance that combines the freshness of the sea with the warmth of forest woods. Created in 1991 by perfumer Christian Mathieu, it opens with cool sea notes, bergamot, sage, mahogany, and lemon for a clean, brisk feel. The heart features a complex blend of pine, jasmine, rose, caraway, nutmeg, lily-of-the-valley, juniper berries, orris root, peach, and carnation. The base grounds the scent in balsam fir, cedar, sandalwood, oakmoss, musk, vetiver, amber, and labdanum — giving it a rich woody and slightly resinous finish.
