Thank you for shopping with Mano Decants. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order, as it explains your rights and our responsibilities.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled at no cost before they have been shipped.
To request a cancellation, customers must contact us as soon as possible at info@manodecants.com and include their order number.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to the return policy below.
Returns
Due to the nature of fragrance products, returns are accepted only for unopened package.
- Return requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of delivery, as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking information.
- Customers must contact us at info@manodecants.com before returning any item.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and are advised to use a trackable shipping method.
- 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the product price.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer by email regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Opened or used products
- Orders lost, stolen, or damaged during transit without Shipping Protection
- Gifts or promotional items
- Orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer
- Orders refused or abandoned due to customs duties, VAT, or import restrictions
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact info@manodecants.com within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.
Claims submitted without photos or outside this timeframe may not be approved.
