Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared before shipment.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Processing time does not include carrier transit time
  • Carrier delays are outside of our control

Orders placed with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address are not eligible for refunds or replacements. Please double-check your information at checkout.

 

Shipping Within Canada

 

BC, AB, MB: 3 to 8 business days — $6.95 CAD

QC, ON: 3 to 8 business days — $7.50 CAD

NB/NL/NT/NS/NV/PE/SK/YN: 4 to 9 business days — $9.99 CAD

Canada Post or Purolator: Rates calculated at checkout

Free shipping: Available on orders $85 CAD and over

All Canadian shipments include tracking.

 

United States Shipping

  • Shipping method: Chit Chats U.S. Edge / USPS
  • Transit time: 4–8 business days
  • Flat rate: $8 USD
  • Free shipping: Available on orders $100 USD and over
  • Tracking included

 

United Kingdom Shipping

  • Shipping method: PostNL International Packet
  • Transit time: 9–15 business days
  • Flat rate: £6.50 GBP
  • Free shipping: Available on orders £70 GBP and over
  • Tracking included

 

International Orders

For international shipments outside Canada, the U.S., and the U.K.:

  • Customs processing times may vary
  • Any duties, VAT, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer
  • Orders refused or abandoned at customs are not eligible for refunds
  • Customers are responsible for knowing their country’s import regulations
  • Estimated delivery times and costs provided during the checkout process.
